Summer Roundup 2026

Saddle up for a fun-filled day at the second annual Summer Roundup Vendor Market at the Ancaster Fairgrounds on July 19, 2026! Embracing a Western theme, this family-friendly event will feature local vendors offering a variety of unique goods, live music, and exciting entertainment. Kids can enjoy face painting, and guests of all ages can savor delicious bites from food vendors.

Experience a true roundup of the best of summer festivities. With activities for everyone, the Summer Roundup Vendor Market promises to be a memorable day for the whole family. Don your best Western wear and join us for a day of community, music, and good ol’ summer fun!

How We Select Our Vendors

Priority will be given to the following:

Vendors that make their own products.
Vendors selling fun products or gift ideas, summer adventure products.
Vendors selling food including food trucks, especially western themed food.

Please Note: All food vendors must be licensed and handlers MUST have a valid Safe Food Handlers Certificate that MUST be displayed.

Vendor Application

We will respond within 3 business days on the status of your application.

Table Options: 8 foot table (10’x10′ Space) = $125.00   

 8 foot table (10′ x 5′ Space) = $100.00


(1) Food Truck = $100.00
plus HST
