ChristmasFest 2024 Vendor Fair

ChristmasFest Vendor Fair is now in our 3rd year.  And we are excited to invite local, enthusiastic entrepreneurs, businesses, and pop-up shop owners to join our family focused event for 2024. We are eager to collaborate with you. Please provide us with information about your business and products.  If you have images of your booth setup, this is helpful for us to place you at the event.

Due to limited availability, early applications will be given priority. Submission will be evaluated based on several criteria, including business category, product distinctiveness, booth presentation, and social media activity. Successful applicants will receive a reservation link to select and secure their booth.

How We Select Our Vendors

Priority will be given to the following:

Vendors that make their own products.
Vendors selling food including food trucks.
Vendors selling products or gift ideas for Christmas.

Please Note: All food vendors must be licensed and handlers MUST have a valid Safe Food Handlers Certificate that MUST be displayed.

Vendor Application

We will respond within 3 business days on the status of your application.

SPECIAL PRICING UNTIL AUGUST 31st, 2024
Table Options: 8 foot table (10’x10′ Space) = $145.00   –   8 foot table in the main hallway = $115.00
6 foot table = (SOLD OUT)
plus HST
