Summer Roundup Vendor Market

Saddle up for a fun-filled day at the first annual Summer Roundup Vendor Market at the Ancaster Fairgrounds on July 20, 2025! Embracing a Western theme, this family-friendly event will feature local vendors offering a variety of unique goods, live music, and exciting entertainment. Kids can enjoy a dedicated Kid Zone with games, and guests of all ages can savor delicious bites from food vendors.

Experience a true roundup of the best of summer festivities. With activities for everyone, the Summer Roundup Vendor Market promises to be a memorable day for the whole family. Don your best Western wear and join us for a day of community, music, and good ol’ summer fun!

We are eager to collaborate with you.  We aim to create a wonderful and interactive space where the public can spend an afternoon with vendors, and be entertained.  Please provide us with information about your business and products.  If you have images of your booth setup, this is helpful for us to place you at the event.

Due to limited availability, early applications will be given priority. Submission will be evaluated based on several criteria, including business category, product distinctiveness, booth presentation, and social media activity. Successful applicants will receive a reservation link to select and secure their booth.

How We Select Our Vendors

Priority will be given to the following:

Vendors that make their own products.
Vendors selling food including food trucks.
Vendors selling products or gift ideas for Christmas.

Please Note: All food vendors must be licensed and handlers MUST have a valid Safe Food Handlers Certificate that MUST be displayed.

Vendor Application

We will respond within 3 business days on the status of your application.

If you do not receive a response within three business days, be sure to check your junk mail for our reply email.
