Foodie FunFest 2026 transforms the Ancaster Fairgrounds into a
vibrant culinary and community celebration. With over 100 vendors—ranging from artisan makers
to sizzling food trucks—this event brings the very best of local flavours, creativity,
and fun together in one place.

Whether you’re discovering new tastes, supporting local businesses, or enjoying a
full day out with the family, this is one spring festival you won’t want to miss!

How We Select Our Vendors

Priority will be given to the following:

Food and drink vendors that offer traditional and unique options for visitors.  We encourage all cultural food varieties.  Vendors that make their own products.  For non-food vendors, we seek
vendors selling a variety of products.  Vendors selling summer adventure and family fun products are especially welcome.

Please Note: All food vendors must be licensed and handlers MUST have a valid Safe Food Handlers Certificate that MUST be displayed.

Vendor Application

We will respond within 3 business days on the status of your application.

2 – 8 foot tables (10’x20′ Space)
= $210.00

 8 foot table (10′ x 5′ Space) = $110.00

EXTERIOR

10’x10′ Space
=$80.00
