The Fairgrounds

The Ancaster Fairgrounds is selected as our venue for ChristmasFest 2023 because it has the capacity to accommodate our growing fair. It is also a popular destination for people of all ages. This means that you will have the opportunity to reach a large number of potential customers when you set up your vendor table at the ChristmasFest at the fairgrounds. With so many events held in the different rooms and facilities at the fairgrounds, opportunity to reach more people is present.

Donating a door prize and/or swag to ChristmasFest 2023 is a great way to increase the exposure of your business among event attendees. Door prize drawings are held throught the ChristmasFest Vendor Fair, and winners are called to the stage where you, the door prize donator can give the prize to the winner.

In order to ensure fair and adequate recognition for your donations, we require all sponsors to adhere to the following standards:

  • Each door prize must be valued at $50 or more. Please include the retail value of the door prize with all donations. (Small items may be combined to reach the minimum value if packaged as one prize.)
  • Door prize sponsors and swag donors may submit several door prizes at one time to ChristmasFest Staff or to This Great City Inc. using our contact form on our Contact page.
  • We encourage sponsors to submit door prizes before noon on December 15th in order to achieve desired recognition.
